ABOUT

GARY HUNTLEY

I originally qualified as a Physical Training Instructor(PTI) in the British Army, whilst serving as a member of The Elite Parachute Regiment. During my 22-year military career, I was responsible for planning and training troops and ensuring the highest levels of fitness and combat readiness. During my free time, I continued my education and began to work with private clients in local gyms.

 

I have now been coaching for the past 30 years and have vast experience of working with clients with different training and nutritional goals. As a coach, I am extremely driven and passionate about training and am constantly improving my knowledge and training techniques through research and education. I place particular emphasis on exercise execution to ensure clients get the most out of their time with me.

I'm passionate about training clients who are ready to commit to a regimen that will be both mentally and physically demanding. You need to be ready to invest your time, effort and determination, but in return, I will provide you with the tools and knowledge to make long-term changes to your body composition and your quality of life.

Personal and group sessions are currently held outdoors only.

PERSONAL

1-1 Training individually designed for you, your aims, and GOAL.

The training plan can as an example be designed to strengthen any weaknesses or muscular imbalances you may have. Or to achieve any sports-specific long-term dreams.

The training can be face-to-face in the local area, online at home via Zoom, or by using my own training app.

ONLINE

In the current climate, you may not be able to meet me for 1-1 training, for many reasons.

Therefore, I have designed a range of training methods that can be delivered to you, online via Zoom or my Mobile training App to ensure that you hit your GOAL!

OUTDOOR

A range of training solutions that are delivered in and outdoor environment.

Both 1-1 tailored training programs as well as in group training classes format.
